Eating for health is often more than just being healthy. It can often be about eating to control symptoms and discomfort that can take you away from living life. Kendra is a nutritionist, Celiac and a mentor for living gluten-free. She has spent hours researching and practicing the art of living gluten-free without sacrificing total nutrition and enjoyable meals. A new mom, she’s re-branding and focusing her efforts on her own nutrition practice, and I was lucky to get to spend the afternoon shooting with her AND enjoying a healthy gluten-free cupcake.
