Kelsey and Josh are engaged! You may remember them from the “cows” session. I’m so excited for them, life is moving along quickly for the two, they’ve set a date for October of this year. Kelsey is a bride that knows exactly what she wants, and when she asked me to create a specific shot for their Save The Date… Read More
Brent and Stef had a small intimate wedding at Heritage Park– with no time to include the horses. So, we scheduled the bridal portraits post-wedding in a re-live the dress session, instead of on wedding day, so we could include Laddie, Toya, Rusty and the goat who brought them together.
Stef is a treasured friend, a fellow horse owner and one of the most incredibly generous people I know, with both her time and her heart. Before we met, she bought a goat and the goat got sick. She called Brent, a local horse vet, well respected and just a genuinely nice guy. He came out, treated the goat and… Read More

Kelsey, Josh, Lilac (Holstein), Emily (Simmental)) + two dogs- Enzo and Jake, rubber boots, Christmas antlers and camouflage all on the windiest day of the year. In fact, it was so cold and windy that I wore a snowsuit, (no snow, just planning ahead). The session was made up of serious times, and some seriously funny moments. Kelsey is a… Read More
This is my dearest friend Brenda. Brenda said to me that she didn’t think she’d ever get married again. Secretly, I knew it was just crazy talk and when she throwing around the word “engagement” I wasn’t overly suprised- but I was thrilled. Brenda and Ron had a Las Vegas wedding, and I attended as a guest, with a camera. … Read More
Finally, the day arrived for Jen and Joe. The weather was in our favour- with moody sky, a pinch of rain and a splash of sun. Their rustic inspired casual and intimate wedding will stay forever in my memory as one of the most relaxed weddings I’ve ever photographed. Congratulations to the happy couple and I wish them many years… Read More

Gastown is a long way from Mission, and wow! Did I feel like kid in a candy store. It’s a stray from the usual country setting I’ve been photographing most of the summer. Congrats to Neda and Craig! Watch for these two in the spring for session #2, minus the cold and rain
I’m at a loss of words for this session. These three were so much fun to photograph, the weather was perfect and the setting was just what I had been envisioning. To top it off, I got the best compliment from Lance : “This was more fun that I thought it was going to be!”. Thank you!
